I cannot guarantee that this website will be free from typos, errors in specifications, prices, measurements, images or other erroneous content. 

I cannot guarantee that an image accurately reflects a product’s actual colours. Depending on your computer or monitor settings, colours may vary.

I reserve the right to deny any purchases at my own discretion.

All items are completely made or finished by hand by Safira Blom.



ORDERS

By using safirablom.com and/or making a purchase on the website, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you carefully review and comprehend the Terms and Conditions before placing an order. Please be aware that items in your cart are not guaranteed to be reserved, as other customers may purchase them until you have completed the checkout process and received an order confirmation.

CURRENCY & PRICES

The prices you see are in SEK (Swedish Kronor). Your order will be charged in SEK and your bank will convert it to your currency using their own exchange rates.
 

VAT & TAXES

Safira Blom is a Swedish company so for shipping destinations within Sweden and the EU, Swedish VAT of 25% is included.
For all other destinations the prices shown are not including VAT, taxes, duties or other surcharges involved in imports to your specific country. Please consult your country’s customs or other proper authorities for information regarding this.



PAYMENT

This webshop accepts payment through Paypal.

The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. All transfers conducted through Safira Blom are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

I ship worldwide and a flat-rate shipping cost will be added to your order and displayed at checkout. Free postage if order is over 2000 SEK. All orders are processed and sent from Stockholm, Sweden and shipped with Postnord with tracking. 

Shipping rate: 

Sweden: 50 SEK
European Union: 100 SEK
Rest of the world: 200 SEK

Delivery time:

Within Sweden: 1-3 business days

Worldwide: Usually within 5-10 business days. 

If you need your products faster, send me an e-mail and I can ship express at an extra cost.

Please note delivery times do not include making time if your item is custom made/not in stock at the time of purchase. This time will be indicated on the product page.

PICK UP FROM MAKER

You also have the option of picking up your order from our studio on Kungsholmsgatan 4A in Stockholm. Safira Blom Contemporary Jewellery rents a space in Rebecka Fröberg’s studio so look for this sign. You will receive a notification via email when your order is ready for pick up, usually within 1-2 business days. When picking up your package in our studio store, please bring your ID. If you are picking up a package for someone else, please bring your ID and the person who has ordered the package’s ID.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS & FAULTS

I comply with Swedish consumer legislation which means that you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you received the product.  I will reimburse the total purchase amount and the original shipping cost, but you are responsible for the return shipping. (Note that I am unable to reimburse any VAT or taxes etc. on shipments outside the EU).The goods must be returned in perfect condition, unused and undamaged. Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for. Custom orders cannot be returned.

FORCE MAJEURE 

Events outside Safira Blom’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Safira Blom is released from its obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Example of such events is government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Safira Blom reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Safira Blom has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Safira Blom shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
