All products remain Safira Blom's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. All transfers conducted through Safira Blom are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.
I ship worldwide and a flat-rate shipping cost will be added to your order and displayed at checkout. Free postage if order is over 2000 SEK or 200 USD. All orders are processed and sent from Stockholm, Sweden and shipped by PostNord with tracking.
Delivery time: Worldwide: 10-20 days.
If you need your products faster, send me an e-mail and I can ship express at an extra cost. Shipping time for express is 7-10 days.
Please note delivery times do not include making time if your item is custom made/not in stock at the time of purchase. This time will be indicated on the product page.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS & FAULTS
I comply with Swedish consumer legislation which means that you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you received the product. I will reimburse the total purchase amount and the original shipping cost, but you are responsible for the return shipping. The goods must be returned in perfect condition, unused and undamaged. Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for. Custom orders cannot be returned.
Events outside Safira Blom’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Safira Blom is released from its obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Example of such events is government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
